  1. General
    • The following terms of use apply to the use of the Y-TECH website, including all content and information contained within the site (hereinafter: “the Site“).
    • The Site is managed and operated by y-tech Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter: “Y-TECH“).
    • Access to and use of the Site are subject to the terms detailed below (hereinafter: “the Terms of Use“), which govern the relationship between Y-TECH and any visitor/viewer/user of the Site (hereinafter: “the User“).
    • By using the Site, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Use, understood their contents, agreed to their provisions, and waived any claims or demands against Y-TECH or its representatives regarding the matters outlined above and below.
    • Y-TECH reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site within the Terms of Use unless otherwise specified. It is the User’s responsibility to periodically review and stay updated on the Terms of Use.
    • For convenience, the Terms of Use are written in the masculine form, but they apply equally to all genders.
  1. Content, Information, and Liability Limitation
    • The Site is presented to the User “as is.” While we strive to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date, inaccuracies and/or technical and other errors in the content may occur, for which Y-TECH will not be liable for any damages, expenses, and/or losses incurred by the User.
    • The User hereby releases Y-TECH from any such damages, even if Y-TECH is legally liable.
    • Use of the Site is at the User’s sole responsibility. Y-TECH and/or its representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or special damages caused to the User as a result of using the Site.
  1. Intellectual Property
    • The Site and the information contained within it (including its content, design, trademarks, and any other details on the Site) are the exclusive property of Y-TECH or third parties who have authorized Y-TECH to use them and are protected by law. Y-TECH will make every effort to ensure the uninterrupted availability of the Site. However, partial or complete unavailability of the Site may occur due to factors beyond Y-TECH’s control or planned or unplanned maintenance. The User acknowledges and agrees that errors and malfunctions may occur on the Site.

The User agrees not to: Use the Site or any of its content for illegal purposes; Provide inaccurate, incomplete, false, or offensive information through the Site’s contact forms; Disrupt or harm the operation of the Site using any device or software; Modify or delete any content without proper authorization; Publish any Site content without prior written approval from Y-TECH.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes related to the Site, its use, or the Terms of Use shall reside with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
